Keeping track of all the software used across your company can quickly get messy. Even smaller teams often rely on a long list of tools every day — making it hard to keep an eye on costs, spot unused licenses, or understand who’s actually using what.
To make life easier, Velory offers the Software section in Asset Management. Here, you can register software, add plans, and assign users — all in one place.

Overview of your software
- Go to Asset management in the navigation bar
- Click Software
Here you’ll find an overview of all software that’s available and added to your company account.
What you’ll see in the overview

Total number of services in use
Shows the total number of software services added to your company in Velory. Each software listed here is clickable, so you can open it and view more details.

Total estimated monthly cost
Gives you an estimated total monthly cost for all your software.
The calculation is based on each software’s payment type and automatically converts costs from other currencies into your account currency — so you always get a clear monthly overview.

Total active licenses
Displays the total number of active licenses across all software currently in use within your company.
Available actions
From this view, you can also take action and manage your software. These actions are explained in more detail in the articles below:
