Data Insight brings powerful analytics dashboards directly into Velory, giving you a clear view of your company's data without leaving the platform. Instead of relying on a separate reporting tool, you can now explore forecasts, resource utilization, and other key metrics right where you manage your Velory account.

What you need before you begin
Data Insight is available to users with the Admin role. 👉 Read more in About user roles.
No setup is required on your end — your dashboards are ready to explore as soon as they are enabled for your account by your partner / reseller.
Step-by-step instructions
Open Data Insight In Velory, go to Data Insight in the main navigation menu.
Explore your dashboards You'll land on your standard dashboards, pre-built to give you insight into things like forecasting and resource utilization. Browse between dashboards using the menu to the left to see the different views available to you.
Dive into the details Click into any chart or widget to explore the underlying data more closely. You can also filter based on any device or category, and the dashboard will react to this.
Edit Functionality
Open Data Insight in Velory, go to Data Insights in the main navigation menu.
After selecting one dashboard, click on the edit button.
In this new view, you can create variants from the provided dashboards, tailor them to specific reporting needs, save the view, and reuse it.

Who can access Data Insight?
Currently, Data Insight is available to Admins. If you don't see it in your account yet, reach out to Velory support to check availability for your company.
Can I build my own custom dashboards?
Not yet — today, Data Insight comes with a set of standard dashboards built for you. Self-service dashboard building is on our roadmap, so stay tuned for updates.
Do I still need Grafana?
No. Data Insight is designed to replace the need for separate tools like Grafana by bringing the same insights directly into Velory.
