You can easily order a new Physical SIM directly in Velory when your company has that integration enabled. If you see Mobile subscription as a category in the store with a Telco product you may order your subscription effortlessly directly in Velory.

How to order a new Physical SIM

Go to the store
Open the Mobile Subscription category and choose the option to order a mobile subscription.

Add product to cart
When the product is added to cart a pop-up window shows and you are able to add order details

Physical SIM is chosen
When a Physical SIM is ordered you will get your Physical SIM delivered from the Telco provider to the order shipment address added in your order checkout.
When ordering a physical SIM you might have the possibility to choose other opinions than ordering a new SIM, the available options depend on what is available from the Telco provider in the different markets. You can read more about order possibilities below

Email is prefilled
However in this case when ordering a Physical SIM the email is irrelevant in the order process.

Place order
Once you've completed your order, your physical SIM will be delivered to the shipping address you entered at checkout. When it arrives, simply activate it by following the instructions included in the package.
