Already have SIM cards in storage? Perfect. You can use them when ordering a new mobile subscription. Instead of ordering a new SIM card, you can reuse a physical SIM you already have.

What is an ICCID?
ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is the unique number that identifies a physical SIM card.
You’ll usually find it:
- Printed on the SIM card
- On the plastic card the SIM is attached to
- On the SIM packaging
How to order with ICCID

Go to the store
Open the Mobile Subscription category and choose the option to order a mobile subscription.

Add product to cart
When the product is added to cart a pop-up window shows and you are able to add order details

Physical SIM is chosen
When the Physical SIM option is selected you will see next option below to choose to use existing SIM and to enter ICCID

Enter ICCID
Make sure you enter the correct number of digits depending on the operator:
- Tele2 (Sweden) – Enter the full 20-digit ICCID
- Elisa (Finland) – Enter the last 14 digits
- Telia (Litauen) - Enter full 20 digit ICCID
If the ICCID isn’t accepted, double-check that you’re using the correct format.

Activate
Once your order is placed and the subscription status updates to Active — usually within a few minutes — your physical SIM is ready to use. Simply insert it into your device and you're good to go!
