- If your request is still pending, you can withdraw it by clicking on the three dots next to the request and select Withdraw request.
- If your company has auto-approval enabled, withdrawal may not be an option.
Once your request is approved, it is forwarded to the distributor.
- You can monitor your order under Ongoing Orders in Velory.*
- If your company has an active integration with the distributor, you can also click Track order to follow the delivery process.
If delivery information is not visible, you can contact the distributor or your company admin for further details.
