If your employer uses budgets in Velory, the default setting only allows you to place orders within your allocated budget.
👉 In some companies, you may be allowed to place orders that exceed your budget. How this works depends on how your employer has chosen to handle budget overages.
How can budget overages be handled?

Salary deduction – The amount exceeding the budget is deducted from your salary.

Credit card – You pay the amount exceeding the budget directly with a card payment.

Company handles overages – The company covers the exceeding amount outside of Velory.
If the feature is disabled
If your company has not enabled the option to order above budget, you will not be able to submit such requests. At checkout for example, you will see a message informing you that the selected product is above your budget.
