Velory offers three different subscription plans – Starter, Standard, and Pro. You can find a detailed comparison of the plans at velory.com.
View and manage your billing plan
To see your current plan:
- Click on your profile icon in the navigation bar.
- Go to Settings > Billing plans.
Here, you’ll see:
- Which plan your company is on.
- How many active users (employees and spaces) are included.
- Your renewal date.
- The billing address (by default, this is your company address, but you can update it here).
To compare features or change your plan, click Change plan.
💡 Your monthly cost is based on the total number of active users (employees and spaces) multiplied by the per-user fee.
Questions and answers about billing
Please note that the answers below are of a general nature. The invoicing process may differ depending on which partner your account is linked to. Velory sends the invoice to the partner, who in turn forwards it to the customer. For specific questions about this, we recommend that you contact your partner directly.
What counts as a user? |
A user is defined as either an employee or a space that is registered within your company’s Velory account. |
When does billing start? |
Your billing start date is set once onboarding is complete. If Velory handles onboarding, your Customer Success contact will help you define it. If onboarding is managed by a partner, they’ll set the start date and issue the first invoice accordingly. |
Do I pay for a full month if I start mid-month? |
No. You’ll only be billed for the days your account is active. For example, if your account goes live on March 15th, your first invoice will be sent in early April and cover March 15–31. |
What happens if I change my plan or usage during the month? |
Your invoice is based on your highest daily user count during the month. This ensures accurate billing even if your usage fluctuates. |
Can I downgrade my plan? |
Not directly in Velory. Please contact our support team at support@velory.com and we’ll assist you. |
What if I stop using Velory? |
If you cancel your account, your billing will stop at the end of your current contract term. Since partners may have different cancellation terms, please reach out to your partner for more details. |
Does the number of devices impact the price? |
Yes. If you assign more than 10 devices to a single user or have more than 10 unassigned devices, every additional group of 10 devices will count as an extra user. |
