Velory offers three different plans; Starter, Standard and Pro. See full available information about these priceplans on our website.
Go to your profile in the navigation bar, click on Settings and then Billing plans to see your company’s billing plan. Here you will see the billing plan of your company, status of how many users are active and the renewal date of your current plan. As per default the billing address is the same as company address but if you want to add another billing address you can also add that in this view.
To read more about the price plans click on Change plan and you will be able to compare features included in the different plans as well change the plan you are currently on if you want to.
Your monthly cost is calculated by multiplying your total number of users (employees and spaces) by the per-user fee. Automatic discounts are applied once your user count reaches specific thresholds (refer to the attached table for details).
Questions and answers about billing
The answers provided in this section are for general informational purposes. Invoice setup may vary depending on the partner associated with your account. Velory issues invoices to the partner, who then forwards them to the customer. If you have specific questions regarding this process, we recommend reaching out directly to your partner for clarification.
What counts as a user? | A user is defined as either an employee or a space that is registered within your company’s Velory account. |
Which date will count as my start date from a billing perspective? |
Once the onboarding process is complete, your account's start date will be determined in collaboration with your customer success contact. This date will serve as the billing start date. If Velory is not directly involved in the onboarding process, the start date is set by the partner, and the first invoice is generated based on the details provided by them. The start date doesn’t have to align with the beginning of a new month; if your account becomes active mid-month, you’ll only be billed for the days it has been active. |
When will I receive my first invoice? |
Your first invoice will be sent when your first month has passed.if you start on March 15th, the first invoice will be issued at the beginning of April and will include charges for the days your account has been active March. |
If I churn, what will be my last month of payment? | Partners may have varying policies regarding contract termination. For any questions about contracts or cancellations, please consult the partner through whom you signed up for Velory. |
If I change my account and the billing plan my company is on, when will billing change? | Your monthly billing is determined by the maximum daily usage during the month. This ensures that the plan and user count reflect the highest level of usage within the billing period. |
What happens if I downgrade my price plan? | If you change your plan, be aware that downgrading may remove features you currently have access to and use. This could impact your workflows, so review the changes carefully before proceeding. For example, if you remove the Employee Experience add-on, employees who previously had access to your account will lose the ability to log in to the platform. To avoid disruptions, ensure your employees are informed of any changes well in advance. |
Can I add how many devices I want to Velory without it impacting my price? |
No, if your account has more than 10 devices assigned to a single user or more than 10 unassigned devices, every additional group of 10 devices will be counted as an additional user. |
