When you place an order request through the store, you will see available delivery options during checkout. These options are controlled by your Velory admin, so the addresses shown are the ones your company has chosen to make available.
As an admin, you can decide which delivery address options employees should be able to select when placing orders. This is managed in your company settings.
For admins: How to manage delivery address options
- Go to your profile in the navigation bar and click Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click Delivery options.
Here you can configure:
Allowed delivery locations
Decide which delivery address types should be available at checkout:
- Home and office locations
- Only home locations
- Only office locations
Default contact details for orders
Define who should be listed as the contact person on the order:
- Approver – the person approving the request or placing an admin order
- Assigned user – the user receiving the order and is assigned to the device
