First time logging in to your company’s Velory account can look a little different depending on if your company has SSO login enabled or not, also, if your profile is created already or not.
Please note that if your company does not have SSO enabled you will not be able to sign in if you have not received an invitation email. Invitation emails are sent by your company’s Velory admin.

Login without SSO
As an employee you will receive an invitation email from your company to be able to activate your account. Press the Activate your account button in the email and you will be taken to the next step.
The next step can look different depending on if your profile is already created or not. If your profile is created already by your company’s Velory admin you will come to the page where you set your password for your account, minimum 6 characters.
You will then see your profile information where you can edit and add more information, you can also add a profile picture. The only mandatory fields are first name, last name and your email address. You can add and update personal information later on in Velory.
When you are happy with the information in your profile you press Save changes and you will be sent to the homepage of Velory. Next time you login you use the same email address and password you created.
If your profile was not created in Velory you will come to a page after pressing the Activate your account button where you fill in your personal information, the only mandatory fields are first name, last name and your email address. Then choose password and you will be sent to the homepage of Velory.
Login with SSO
If your company has SSO (Single Sign On) enabled you will be able to log in with login credentials you use with that service. You will get an invitation email where you activate your account by logging in using SSO and you will come directly to the platform, given your profile was already created. If your profile was not added you will be directed to a page where you create your profile with first and last name, email address and profile picture.
If your company sends you an onboarding email before your employment starts with a bundle option added you will after confirming your profile get the options of gear you can select for your position.
You make the desired choices and confirm them in the next step. After that you will be sent to the homepage of Velory, your product requests will be sent to your company’s attestation manager who will approve your request and the products will be ordered and available for your first day at work.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password you are able to reset your password on the login page.
- Click on Forgot your password and then enter your email address you used when creating your account.
- Check your email inbox for the email you should have received with further instructions.
- In the email you will click on Reset password and then choose a new password.
- Press Change password and you will be sent to the homepage of Velory.
How do I login if SSO service goes down?
If you can not log in via SSO you can still access your account by login credentials (username/password). If you have only logged in with SSO before, you must click Forgot your password. You will receive a link to your email with instructions on how to change/create a password to be able to log in to your Velory account. See above heading for further instructions to update password.
