Need to end a subscription? You can do it directly in Velory — no extra portals, no emails, no phone calls. Just a few clicks, and you’re done. You can also choose to keep your number and then end it with number porting.

Before you start: what you need to know
You can cancel a subscription if:
- You’re an Admin or a Purchase manger
- The subscription status is Active
Also good to know:
- Cancellation requests are sent directly to telco provider and are only cancelled after they have confirmed the termination request..
- The action is irreversible in Velory. If you need to undo it later, you’ll have to contact the telco provider support.
Cancel a subscription with number porting

Open the subscription
- Go to the mobile subscription you want to terminate.
- Go to the mobile subscription you want to terminate.

Click “Cancel subscription”
- The button is available as long as the subscription status is Active.

Confirm the cancellation
- A confirmation modal appears with different choices to take.
When to end the subscription, either as soon as possible or on a preferred date.
Keep or delete the number, if deleted nothing happens but if you want to keep (port out) your number you will be informed with further instructions.
That’s it. Once confirmed, Velory sends the termination request to the telco provider.
What happens after you request cancellation
After you click Request Cancellation:
- The subscription status updates to Pending
- Velory waits for a response from the telco provider
Possible outcomes:
- ✅ Pending – telco provider has received the request and is processing it
- ❌ Cancellation failed – The request was rejected. You can retry or contact support
- ⏱ Cancellation failed – telco provider didn’t respond in time. Try again or reach out to support

Can I undo a cancellation in Velory? |
No. Once the request is sent, it can’t be reversed in Velory. Any changes after that need to go through the subscription provider. |
