Got a new phone? No problem. You can easily replace your current eSIM with a new eSIM directly in Velory. When you do, your old eSIM will be deactivated and replaced with the new one - super simple!

How to replace an eSIM
- Go to Asset Management → Mobile subscriptions
- Open the subscription you want to update
- Go to the Details tab
- Scroll to the SIM details section
- Click Replace SIM
- Confirm the order
What happens when you replace an eSIM?
When you request a SIM replacement:
- Your operator will process the SIM replacement
- Your current SIM will be blocked
- A new eSIM will be ordered
- You’ll receive instructions via email on how to activate it
Processing time depends on the operator, but it’s usually quick.

The email address can’t be changed
The activation email is sent to the email connected to the user

No “Replace SIM” button?
This can happen if:- The feature isn’t enabled for your company or not supported by your operator
- Your subscription isn’t active
