👉 Note: Mobile subscriptions functionality are only available on the Pro billing plans, and require activation upon request. Contact Velory Support (support@velory.com) for more information
Velory integrates with selected mobile subscription providers, enabling you to manage subscriptions directly in the platform — from ordering to monitoring, controlling, and terminating them. Currently we have integrations with Tele2 (Elisa, Telia and Telenor are already in the pipeline).
If your provider isn’t available and you are interested in this functionality, contact our support team, and we’ll explore the possibility of adding an integration.

How the integration work
Prepare your account for Mobile Subscriptions
Step 1 – Check your billing plan
Make sure your company account is active on a billing plan that supports the Mobile subscriptions functionality.
Step 2 – Add the subscription provider as a retailer
Go to Company settings > Retailer tab and make sure the subscription provider (for example Tele2) is added as a retailer.
- If the provider is missing, follow the guide on how to enable multiple retailers for your account.
Step 3 – Confirm retailer activation
If you do not yet have an agreement with the provider, you will need to contact them to establish one. This process also includes setting up the required API connections to ensure the integration works properly.
Once the retailer has been added and activated, your store assortment will be populated with new product(s). These products are arranged in collaboration between you, the subscription provider, and Velory.
When the products have been created and assigned to your account, you can review and manage them in the Edit store view.
Step 4 – Update or create budgets
To make the products visible and purchasable in the store, update existing budgets or create new budgets that include the category Mobile subscriptions. Read more about this step below.
Step 5 – Ready to go!
When these steps are completed, the Mobile subscriptions flow and functionality are fully enabled in your account and you can proceed with next steps.
Activate mobile subscriptions budget category
To make the mobile subscription product visible in your store and allow users to place orders, you need to update your budget.
- Go to Asset management > Budgets and select the budget you want to edit.
👉 Note: A user can only be assigned one budget. If a budget already exists, update that one by adding the category Mobile Subscription, which is linked to the subscription product.
- The Mobile Subscription category can only be used to set a quota, meaning you define how many products within this category users may order during a given period.
- Once you’ve added the category to your budget, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.
How the integration work
The integration and synchronization of your company’s existing mobile subscriptions are managed in collaboration between your company admin (with access to the subscription provider’s platform) and Velory’s product team. During the initial onboarding, your existing subscriptions are imported into Velory and will thereafter remain automatically synchronized through an API connection, ensuring that all active subscriptions stay up to date with minimal manual effort.
The process is coordinated by Velory’s Customer Success team to ensure a smooth implementation and accurate data transfer. Once the synchronization is complete, a CSV file containing all synced subscription data will be shared with you for review before it is imported into Velory.
After the integration and API connection are active, your company store will be enabled for placing new mobile subscription orders. Velory also integrates with the mobile provider’s order API, allowing both admins and users to place, manage, and terminate mobile subscriptions directly within the platform.
- Users who are assigned a budget that includes the Mobile Subscription category can then place orders.
- All store orders are automatically sent to the subscription provider.
- The user who placed the order will then receive an activation email from the provider, with a link to activate the subscription.
👉 The activation link is valid for 6 months.
