How to view all company mobile subscriptions
- Go to Asset management in the main navigation bar.
- In the left-hand menu, select Mobile Subscriptions.
- A table will be displayed showing all mobile subscriptions, including:
- Product name
- Mobile number
- Assigned user
- Status
- (Employee number, Cost Center, Team, Location, User Role)
- Product name
Searching, filtering, and customizing your view
The Mobile Subscriptions table gives you powerful options to manage and analyze your assets:
-
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find a subscription by user name, phone number, or product name.
-
Filter: Click the filter icon to narrow your results. For example, filter by status to see only subscriptions marked as Ordered or Active.
-
Customize columns: Use the table settings icon to add or remove columns. You can include extra details such as Employee Number, Cost Center, Team, Location, or User Role for a more detailed overview.
-
Save templates: After customizing your columns, save the layout for future use. Click Create new template, give it a name (e.g., Finance Department Overview), and save. You can switch between your saved templates at any time.
Handle subscriptions
Cancel subscription
Admins can cancel a subscription directly from its detail page by clicking the Cancel subscription button. This action sends a cancellation request to the subscription provider.
Once the provider has processed the request, the subscription will automatically be marked as cancelled in both the mobile subscription portal and in Velory. Read more about cancelling a subscription in this section.
Remove subscription
If a mobile subscription has been imported or ordered incorrectly and needs to be removed from Velory, you can do so directly from the Support tab on the subscription page.
Keep in mind: removing a subscription in Velory does not cancel it with the telco provider. This action only removes it from your Velory account — you'll need to handle the cancellation separately with the telco if needed.
