Good to know
Why can’t I order a new subscription?
If the Buy a new subscription button is disabled or you see a warning in your cart, it usually means you’ve reached your quota limit.
A quota defines the maximum number of products you’re allowed from a specific budget category. For mobile subscriptions, this is normally one per employee.
How to check
When you try to add a subscription to your cart, a message will appear if you’ve reached the limit (e.g., “You’ve reached the limit of 1 product(s) in this Budget Category”).
What to do
If you need to replace your subscription or believe there’s been a mistake, please contact your direct manager or your company’s IT/HR administrator.
Cancelling a subscription
-
Admins: Have access to a Cancel subscription button, which sends a cancellation request directly to the subscription provider.
- Regular users: Cannot cancel their own subscriptions and will need help from an admin.
