If you've added users to your Velory account using various methods, they might not have received an invitation yet, and if your company has the Employee Experience add-on in your billing plan you want your employees to have access to Velory.
Maybe you have not added users to your account because you prefer to let your employees create their own profiles and skip the step of adding users manually, you can then directly invite them via email or a link if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled.

Invite new users
This option works well when you have the user's email address and want them to create their profile independently. If you have a default company budget this will be the budget automatically assigned to the user inviting them this way. Send invitation to already added users
If you've imported users using Directory Sync, they won't receive automatic invitations. You'll need to send these invitations manually. You are able to see on a user’s profile if they have been invited yet or not, see example below of an employee that has not yet been invited. There’s always the option to click on send an onboarding email from this page which is suitable if you want to invite single users. If you have multiple users to invite at the same time, continue to read here.
When an onboarding email has been sent the status will get updated on the user’s profile and you’ll see information about when the invite was sent and you are able to resend the onboarding email from this page if necessary.
With SSO enabled
If you've enabled SSO login, you can simply share the URL link to your company's account login page with the users you want to give access. Those who receive this link, which is added into your account, can log in using the enabled SSO provider.
Without SSO
If you don’t have SSO enabled, inviting users via email is necessary. The most efficient method for inviting many users at the same time is through the CSV import functionality. You can export your company data or download previously imported files, read more in the article export company data from your Velory account. When you have your CSV file downloaded then update the column 'send_invitation,' and add 'yes', then upload the CSV file again. Then an onboarding email will be sent to the user’s that this has been added for.
Choosing 'yes' for users who've already activated their accounts won't trigger a new onboarding email. Only users who haven't been invited yet will receive the onboarding email.
