The product request process may vary slightly depending on the partner under which your account is configured, but the fundamental steps remain consistent. When a product is requested to be added to your Velory store, the process can be summarized as follows:
- If the product already exists in Velory's product library, it can become visible within 1 day from the moment Velory receives the request.
- If the product does not exist in Velory's library, Velory will need to create it, which may take 1-3 days. Once created, the product will then be made visible in your store.
